Bob is the Deputy Director of People and Finance, CFO at Prairie Spirit School Division. Previously at the University of Saskatchewan, he was a Director with Human Resources. His broad experiences include graduate instruction as a Professor at the University of Saskatchewan in the Edwards School of Business MBA program, and in the College of Education, Educational Administration, as well as formerly instructing at the University of Alberta. Academically, he is a Ph.D. student in Educational Administration, College of Education at the University of Saskatchewan.  Bob obtained an MBA from the University of Leicester, U.K. and had additional HR development from the University of Toronto and the Industrial Relations Centre at Queen’s University.  His national involvements include the Board of Directors for CPHR Canada (Chartered Professionals in Human Resources) and past President of CPHR Saskatchewan.  Internationally, Bob has provided business advice, HR consulting and leadership coaching throughout Canada, China, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, and the United States.
